Accumol's Non-T Genomic Detection Kit can accurately measure the purity of sorted T-Cells (CD3+lymphocytes), directly on a DNA sample isolated from these cells. T Cells are among the few cells in the organism that undergo gene rearrangement during differentiation, resulting in permanent modifications of their genome. The Non-T Genomic Detection Kit detects these modifications, and quantifies the relative proportion of genomic DNA of T Cell and Non-T Cell origin.

Non-B Genomic Detection kit

Accumol's Non-B Genomic Detection Kit can accurately measure the purity of sorted B-Cells (CD19+ or CD20+ lymphocytes), directly on a DNA sample isolated from these cells. B Cells, which eventually can differentiate in antibody-producing plasma cells, undergo gene rearrangement during maturation. These modifications of the genome ensure that each B cell will arbor antibodies with unique specificity. The Non-B Genomic Detection Kit can detect these modifications, and quantify the relative proportion of B-Cell DNA versus Non-B Cell.

Non-Myeloid Genomic Detection kit

Accumol's qPCR Non-Myeloid Genomic Detection Kit allows the detection of T-Cell and B-Cell DNA in genomic DNA samples prepared from sorted Myeloid Cells. During normal T- and B- Cell differentiation, DNA rearrangement takes place on the TCR and IGH loci, respectively. The qPCR Non-Myeloid Genomic Detection Kit is designed to detect these rearrangements. The detection of the target sequences in the DNA sample indicates that contaminating T- and/or B-Cells were present in the original Myeloid Cell preparation. Following PCR, the amplification products are analyzed on a qPCR instrument by melting curve analysis.
